My first smart phone was a blackberry. Didn't have it for too long and while I liked it, when Android came into my life I realized what I was missing. And I loved it-and I still do. I don't have anything really BAD to say about it, although my most recent phone (Droid 3) started out pretty good, it had slowly become less and less ideal. Maybe I just need to clean it up a bit, clear out some things I haven't bothered with at the moment. I do LOVE the navigation on it in maps and so I am using it as my work cell phone now because....I got an iPhone.
Originally I had planned to use the iPhone for my work phone. But the more I played with it, the more I wanted to use it as my personal phone. The deciding event was when I went away for the weekend and brought both phones b/c the iPhone had a better camera (and fun photo apps!) For some people, that probably wouldn't matter and wouldn't be the reason to pick a phone but for me...I am a HUGE photo person so if I can use a phone that does what its suppose to do AND it takes great pics quickly and easily-SOLD! :) So, the following week and I made it my real phone and put the Droid 3 in backup as my work cell!
So, I am hoping to get myself motivated to write about how I use it and learn it and the fun things I like with it as just a general use blog. I am a bit "techy" but I am not writing for the techy. I am writing for the average person. I am also still a Mac newbie, had my laptop for less than a year (made the switch almost a year ago and glad I did) and this is my first iPhone which made me really believe I am now a Mac Girl:)
